For twenty five years, I have had plantation shutters at all my windows but have grown tired of them and decided to have a lighter look and tried the 2 1/1" blinds starting with two windows.....I chose Modern Grey with Dark Grey tapes that I think give the blinds heft and personality. I am delighted with the quality, the feel, and the look of these blinds so ordered additional blinds for remaining four windows, at front of my home (we have sliders with built in shades all across the back of house). These blinds were truly very simple to install and they hang beautifully.
