Coolaroo Outdoor Sun Shades

Features & Benefits

  • All Coolaroo materials are mold and mildew resistant, toxin-free, UV blocking, and made to last.
  • Choose between five hardware colors to best match your fabric of choice and your space. Colors include, Black, Brown, Gray, Sand, and White.
  • All mounting hardware included.
  • Set of bungee tie downs and receivers included.
  • Shades are shipped as a standard roll but can be easily converted to reverse roll if desired.

Materials

  • Classic collection fabrics have an openness of 5% and up to 95% UV protection.
  • Signature collection fabrics have an openness of 5% with the exception of Almond, which is 10%. Up to 95% UV protection and made from sustainable materials.
  • Signature+ w/ HeatShield collection fabrics have an openness of 10%
  • Signature+ with HeatShield fabric uses new patent pending technology to keep temperatures up to 15 degrees cooler and up to 90% UV protection.

Control Options

  • Crank lift option comes with a loop hole on the headrail and hook on the end of a pole to manually adjust your shade at any height. Remove the pole from the loop hole to provide a cleaner appearance to your shades.
  • Cord loop lift control easily positions shades at any desired height; chain remains the same length regardless of shade position.  Shade will be fabricated with cord approximately 80% of shade height unless otherwise specified.
  • Featuring leading edge Somfy® motor technology, each motorized shade comes with a solar powered battery that is rechargeable even on cloudy days, eliminating the need for any electrical work to connect the shade to your home. Note: Full valance must be ordered with this option.

Cleaning

Coolaroo's stain-resistant yarns can be easily cleaned with mild soap and non-abrasive cleaners. Rinse with a hose and allow fabric to air dry. Do not use bleach, iron, machine wash or tumble dry.
